Pasta has been part of the pizza baker Giacobbe family’s daily passion for generations. The brothers Litterio and Rocco, born in Italy and emigrating to Bitburg, laid the foundation for Giacobbe Pasta GmbH in Bitburg/Eifel in the 1980s. In 1993, upon the brother-in-law, Rainer Nels, taking over the business, the German enthusiasm for technology, efficiency and innovation joined the passion for pasta. A combination that shapes the success story of our family-run company to this day.
With the same love of Italian cuisine the Giacobbes once enchanted guests with in their restaurant, our chefs cook today according to family recipes passed down – albeit on a somewhat larger scale. The fact that we traditionally rely on sun-ripened tomatoes and typical herbs from Bella Italia goes without saying. Otherwise we predominantly rely on local, controlled ingredients – especially when it comes to meat.
Today, Giacobbe Pasta stands for the highest product quality, efficient convenience, customer-friendly service and constant motivation. Every single employee is a firm part of our growing Giacobbe-Famiglia. You can feel it – and you can taste it!
